Viridity announces $8m Series B financing round

Viridity Software today announced that it has raised an additional $8 million in Series B funding from current investors Battery Ventures and North Bridge Venture Partners --- venture capital firms with offices in Waltham.

Burlington-based Viridity Software provides data center energy resource management solutions.

In a press release, the company noted that it had raised $7 million in a Series A round.
