Dave MacKeen is the new chief executive at Eliassen Group, a technology staffing and clinical data management consulting firm based in Wakefield. He succeeds Ken Dreyer, who will assume the role of executive vice chairman of the board of directors. Mike McBrierty, former executive vice president of recruiting in the technology staffing division, will assume the role of chief operating officer of the technology staffing division. MacKeen formerly served as Eliassen Group's president of the technology staffing division.
Bill Mitchell has been appointed to the newly created position of vice president, Baskin-Robbins US. Baskin-Robbins is a Canton-based ice cream chain. In his new role, he will focus on supporting the domestic Baskin-Robbins franchisees and helping them drive best-in-class operations and guest service. Mitchell reports directly to Nigel Travis, chief executive of Dunkin' Brands, the parent company of both Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts. Mitchell most recently served as president of global operations for Papa John's.
Antonin (Tony) de Fougerolles has been appointed chief scientific officer at Tolerx Inc., a Cambridge biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapies to treat autoimmune diseases and cancer by modulating T cell activity. Before joining Tolerx, de Fougerolles was vice president of research, immunology, metabolic, and viral disease at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, a Cambridge biotechnology company.
