Viridity has a new chief executive

Viridity Software, a Burlington-based provider of data center optimization and energy resource management solutions, today announced the appointment of Arun Oberoi (right) to the position of president and chief executive, effective immediately. 

Oberoi succeeds former chief executive, Bob Steinkrauss, who recently decided to leave citing health reasons, Viridity said in a press release.

Before Viridity, Oberoi served as chief executive of Aveksa, a provider of enterprise access governance and management software.
