Campanelli buys Canton, Dedham buildings

Campanelli Cos., a commercial real estate development and construction firm, said it has bought five properties in Canton and Dedham for $11.4 million as part of its joint venture partnership with TriGate Capital.
The seller of the properties, which includes office and warehouse space, was JMS Realty Trust, Braintree-based Campanelli Cos. said.
The Canton buildings in the transaction are 35 Shawmut Rd., 45 Shawmut Rd., and 115 Shawmut Rd., Campanelli said; the Dedham buildings are 55 Allied Dr. and 59 Allied Dr. Collectively, the five buildings have about 192,000 square feet of space.
Grubb & Ellis represented JMS Realty Trust in the transaction, and financing at closing was provided by Cambridge Savings Bank, Campanelli said..
