HubSpot Inc., a Cambridge company that offers a marketing software platform for small and medium sized businesses, said it has raised $32 million in a Series D round of financing.
Investors included Sequoia Capital, Google Ventures, and Salesforce.com, HubSpot said in a press release. HubSpot raised $33 million in previous funding rounds.
In a statement, HubSpot cofounder and chief technology officer Dharmesh Shah said: "We founded the company based on a simple premise: Businesses want an easy-to-use, complete and integrated marketing platform that helps them get more leads and customers. We plan to use this new capital to further invest in this ambitious vision and further our existing lead in the marketing software category."
