The City of Boston is part of a collaborative effort that is deploying new eye-catching street signs that will direct drivers to cultural and commercial destinations on the South Boston Waterfront as well as to public parking locations.
The blue, white, and silver signs will not only provide guidance but they will also "increase awareness around all that the South Boston Waterfront has to offer," Mayor Thomas M. Menino said in a statement.
Joining the city in this effort are the Massachusetts Port Authority and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority.
