Endeca Technologies, Inc., Cambridge
Mark Riggs was named senior vice president and world-wide head of customer solutions organization and Ben Gaucherin was named chief technology officer, customer solutions for Endeca Technologies, the enterprise information access software company. Riggs was previously vice president of global services at Business Objects and Gaucherin was previously technology chief at Sapient Corporation.
