Novations Group, the consulting and training firm, has named four Directors of Client Services. David Barnes had previously been senior vice president of sales at Lee Hecht Harrison; Michael Claprood had previously been account director at TMP Worldwide; Val Boston had previously been sales manager for Sprint Nextel Communications; and Sylvia Gholston had previously been district manager for the Parke-Davis Sales Division of Pfizer.
