Jay N. Bailey was named vice president, real estate asset management and Robert G. Seega was named vice president, investment banking at MassDevelopment, the company that addresses issues that impact economic development. Bailey was previously assistant vice president at BNY Mellon and Seega was previously assistant treasurer for National Grid USA.
