Health Advances expands Weston office

Health Advances, a consulting firm specializing in health care strategy, is expanding the size of its corporate headquarters by more than 40 percent, said a broker involved in the lease transaction.

The broker is Cassidy Turley FHO, a commercial real estate services firm with offices in Boston.

Located at Nine Riverside Road in Weston, Health Advances is extending its current lease at Riverside Office Park for an additional seven years and will now occupy 31,832 square feet of space there, an increase of 9,907-square-feet, Cassidy Turley FHO said.

Health Advances also has offices in San Francisco and Zurich.

In a statement, Paula Ness Speers, a firm cofounder and a managing director, commented on the lease extension in Weston.

“The additional space will be invaluable as our operations continue to expand locally and worldwide,” she said.
