GZA GeoEnvironmental plans to relocate its Norwood HQ
GZA GeoEnvironmental Inc., a firm that provides geotechnical engineering and environmental consulting services, is relocating its headquarters from one Norwood address to another, according to brokers involved in the new lease transaction.
GZA is planning to move to roughly 50,000 square feet of space at 249 Vanderbilt Ave. next spring, said Elliot & Co. LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage firm that represented CMI Property Inc. in the transaction. CMI Property manages the 90,000-square-foot office building at 249 Vanderbilt Ave.
Until the move, GZA will remain at its current location at One Edgewater Dr. in Norwood, Elliot & Co. said.
GZA was represented in the lease negotiations by the real estate company CBRE New England.
GZA employs more than 550 engineers, scientists, and technical support staff in 25 offices around the United States.
