Paragon Communications acquires 72-acre property in Bolton, Mass.
Paragon Holdings has acquired a 72-acre property in Bolton, Massachusetts, where it will consolidate operations into a global headquarters for Paragon Communications, Inc.
Paragon purchased the property, formerly the Future Electronics site, from RGM Holdings for $8 million and intends to invest $1 million in the building.
The Paragon companies, including Paragon Communications, Inc., NTSDirect, and Paragon R3 plan to occupy the new headquarters in January 2013, bringing 200 employees to the Bolton economy.
The new Bolton campus will allow Paragon to consolidate its three current facilities in Ashland and Southborough into one modern campus.
Paragon Communications, Inc. is one of the nation’s largest remanufacturers of enterprise and consumer electronics.
