Pumpkins rampant: Dunkin’ Donuts rolls out some autumn menu items
Dunkin’ Donuts, the Canton coffee-and-baked-goods chain, said that participating stores are now rolling out seasonal autumn menu items, including pumpkin-flavored coffee in single-serve K-Cup packs.
Other seasonal items include apple cider, pumpkin cream cheese, “Apple Orchard Donuts and Munchkins,” pumpkin muffins, and pumpkin latte.
“Dunkin’ Donuts’ fall flavors serve as a hallmark of this nostalgic season, and the return of pumpkin and apple food and beverages is something we always look forward to offering our guests,” Stan Frankenthaler, executive chef and vice president of product innovation at Dunkin’ Brands.
Dunkin’ Donuts has more than 10,000 restaurants in 32 countries. In 2011, Dunkin’ Donuts’ restaurants had global franchisee-reported sales of about $6.4 billion. Dunkin’ Donuts is part of the Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc.
