Intigua, a Newton-based enterprise cloud management company, said Thursday that it has secured $8.6 million in Series A financing.
The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, and participants included Cedar Fund and individual investors.
In a press release, Intigua says it looks to help solve the often unforeseen challenge faced by its corporate customers’ information-technology departments when they seek to transition critical applications to cloud infrastructures.
“We’re helping enterprises move confidently to cloud infrastructures,” Intigua chief executive Shimon Hason said in a statement.
