Whole Foods Market said it has scheduled a Sept.4 grand opening for a store at 45 Beacon St. in Somerville.

When it opens, the 24,780 square foot store will be the chain’s 27 Massachusetts location. The Somerville store will employ about 100 full and part time workers. The location was previously a Johnnie’s Foodmaster store.

Among the store’s planned features are a charcuterie, a burrito bar, and a pizza oven in the bakery department, Whole Foods said.
