Is your organization on The Boston Globe’s 2013 Top Places to Work list?

The Globe will reveal on Sunday our annual ranking of the region’s best employers. The Globe invited 1,746 employers to participate, and the results are based on a survey of more than 76,000 employees from 333 organizations. Employees were asked to rate their organizations based on several factors including confidence in leadership, appreciation, and training.

This is the sixth year the Globe has conducted the survey with its research partner WorkplaceDynamics, specialists in employee engagement and retention. The ranking honors employers in four size groups: small, medium, large, and largest.
