1. To enter, you must visit our booth at the New England Auto show between the days of December 3rd  – December 7th during show hours.  You must participate in the driving game “Rev up for big bucks” taking place on-site at the event.  Top scores will be recorded and posted on-line at www.boston.com/autoshow.  The top score(s) after December 7th will be awarded the grand prize.  By entering, you agree that submissions will become property of The Boston Globe and Boston.com (collectively, “Sponsors”) and will not be returned. Submissions may be published by Sponsors in the Boston Globe or on Boston.com and in related products in any and all media, whether now known or thereafter devised, without compensation and The Boston Globe may display submissions on its website and for the purposes of trade or promotion.

2. Contest is open to residents of the United States and Canada (except void in Quebec), at least 18 or older. Employees and agents of The New York Times company and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families and households ("Sponsors") are not eligible. See below for additional eligibility requirements.

3. One grand prize will be awarded to the winner of the contest. The winner will receive a $100.00 gas card card.  In the event of a tie, each top scorer will receive $50.00 gas cards. 

4. The decision of the judges is final. Winners will be notified by mail, e-mail or telephone. (by December 9th)  Sponsors will not be responsible for lost, late, forged, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries and such entries are void; telephone, electronic hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, errors or failures in transmission or reception and/or any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted. Winners will be required to execute a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release stating that winner has complied with all rules and releases Sponsors of all liability in connection with the contest and their use of the prize and that The Boston Globe and/or New York Times Company, and anyone they may authorize, may without compensation publish, display and otherwise use winner's name, photograph or other likeness, biographical information and statements concerning the Contest or the Globe or any written materials or photographs created for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation.   The documentation must be returned within 14 days of date of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.  Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.  Taxes are the responsibility of winners.  Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if Company determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures, including viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Company have impaired the integrity of the contest.
