After 12 years and more than 1.4 million sales, the tiny Ka gets a full, second-generation redesign. Ford expects the Ka, which shares parts with the Fiat 500, to sell 120,000 a year.
While the slightly larger Fiesta is expected to arrive here in 2010, the Ka is staying put. It's too bad Ford can't figure out how to sell all of its European cars here (it cites a weak dollar and the higher-priced European market, which generally pays more for compact cars). With a single digit stock price, the company had better figure it out soon.
