Pros: It's nicely priced and great for vacation planning and road trips. Magellan changed their interface around with this generation of products and it's a marked improvement. Has a big, 5-inch display. Simple interface is great for beginners.
Cons: Cradle feels like it will break if you push down too hard.
Overall: Magellan is well-respected in the GPS world, but more so among hikers than drivers. This latest series of automotive units is a solid effort. They don't have the bells and whistles of a Garmin or a TomTom, but sometimes that's what you're looking for.
