This year’s Focus drops the coupe and brings in a brand-new sedan and hatchback, along with all the flashier style, firmer suspension, and impressive engines from Europe. Interior quality is top-notch, handling is very stable, and it’s easily the quietest and most refined compact car in this list. We don’t recommend the MyFord Touch infotainment system (it’s clunky, slow, and hard to read), but the Focus is worth driving.
