Hot convertibles for spring
You can nearly wrap your arms around the stubby Fiat 500 — and you might as well, it's terribly cute. Besides the circular headrests and cappuccino served at every showroom, this funky Italian subcompact also offers the most versatile top we've seen.
Nothing really drops on this top. The powered, double-layered fabric slides along the car's frame and folds behind the rear seats, accordion-style. It can even be operated at up to 60 miles per hour, so there's no need to pull over if the clouds threaten (and thank goodness you don't -- it's pretty slow).
