Swedish Car Day 2009

Heavy rain and chilly wind gusts didn't stop Saab and Volvo enthusiasts from showing up at the Larz Anderson Auto Museum on Sunday, Oct. 18.

Thick, soupy mud spread across what usually is a beautiful front lawn for the museum's annual "Swedish Car Day," which typically draws over 200 cars.

This year, attendance was down, but some of Sweden's oddest and rarest cars were on display in addition to late-model examples like this row of Saabs.
