Oh, skyline, how I do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
For some reason, I've always been enamored by city skylines. Mountains and rolling hills can be breathtaking, but city skylines create an amazing energy that trees can never match for me.

I've never been a big fan of autumn. Growing up, it meant the time to start football practice, and all I remember about that is running laps, sweating, grunting, and drinking water from a dirty hose. I just wanted it to be over. Unfortunately, I've carried that bias against this season for years.

I wish I hadn't built up Plymouth Rock to be more than it was. But after decades of talking about it while tracing my hand into a turkey for Thanksgiving, I was expecting something grand.
