Pulllease.
There are several movies with better couples-chemistry:
Leo DeCaprio and Kate Winslet In Titanic, Meg Ryan & Tom Hanks in Sleepless in Seattle, and Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek in Desperado, just to name three off the top of my head.
As far as buddy-couples go, The Departed had a 0.00 bromance factor. How about
Dumb & Dumber, Superbad, and Top Gun?

Mag Ryan and Tom Hanks are the best.
We're all interconnected spiritually like cogwheels of nature. If we only serve ourselves instead of interconnecting in mutual understanding with others, nature will stop functioning properly. Kabbalah teaches us how to reach this interconnectedness.

Tom Hanks makes all  leading women and many children look great.
Selma Hayek turns leading men into melted butter.
The most amazing couple had to be Doris Day and Rock Hudson who made an enormous amount of money doing what they do best--faking it.
If you want to go back Jeanette McDonald and Nelson Eddy actually made a great couple if you enjoyed yelling.
