Cake batter ice cream at Great Brook Farm in Carlisle!

Nice farm for the kids with great ice cream and a lot of trails for biking, hiking, etc.

Also love Richardson's in Middleton. Ice cream and mini-golf makes for a fun night!

Everybody knows that Richardson's in Middleton, MA has the best ice-cream in the state. They also sell milk from their extensive dairy operation, which is viewable by the public. Their coffee ice-cream is the best I have ever had, and I generally like chocolate the most. Richardson's has the best combination of flavor and texture. There are lots of small mom-and-pop ice cream stands around the Commonwealth and everyone seems to have their favorite. Heck, I can take some egg yolks, half and half, and some sugar and make better ice-cream they sell at Stop & Shop. But overall Richardson's is the best in the state. Pleased be advised that you need to be sure that it is reasoably fresh if you are getting it from somewhere besides their main store in Middleton.

Mad Willie's in Framingham is the best!!! At Mad Willies you canget hard/soft serve ice cream along with frappes, frozen yogurt, smoothies and/or Italian Ice. If you pick soft serve there is a wide variety of mix-ins (candy, nuts, and fruit) you can chose from that create one of their many YUMMY flavors they have!! I would HIGHLY recommend checking it out!!

I've had quite a few cones in my lifetime so it's tough to choose any one. As I have gotten older, I have started venturing out to the different flavors. My favorite has been JP Lick's for their wild special flavors. 9 times out of 10, I will go straight to the specials instead of the regular flavors. My favorite special has been the "El Diablo". I was intrigued by the idea of a chocolate ice cream that was made spicy with cayenne pepper. I think they said cinnamon and some other flavors were added. It doesn't sound like it would work but it really does.

The mere existence of icecream and strawberrys, is very strong evidence of a benevolent God. The fact that strawbery's and icecream have come together is absolute proff of a benevolent God.
