    Conrad Murray Guilty?

    Yes, he was guilty of being stupid.   Doctors take an oath  "First do no harm."   He administered a medication that is usually only given in the operating room... without proper monitoring, equipment or staff  and he left the room!  Negligence at the least.

    Yes, very irresponsable on his part.He should lose his license but involuntary manslaughter?

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-15675235 I watched the trial on TMZ  the experts that testified regarding the use of propofol outside of a hospital setting made quite an impact.  There's just no excuse for it.   He's an intelligent man and an excellent dr according to many of his patients, he made an error in judgement,  a fatal mistake... and will now have to pay for it.
