All of the Monty Python movies are hilarious.  Here a few others:

Johnny Dangerously (1984) with Michael Keaton and a terrific cast of characters.  Joe Piscapo as Danny Vermin: "Dames are put on this earth to weaken us, drain our energy, laugh at us when they see us naked."

Start the Revolution Without Me (1970) with Gene Wilder and Donald Sutherland as two sets of mismatched identical twins.

A Night at the Opera with Marx Brothers.  Best quote when tearing up the contract "That's no gooda for you, that's no gooda for me!"

Re: What is the funniest movie of all-time?

Wow, that list had some real awful and horribly unfunny movies.  Where is "Young Frankenstein?"  They had some weird Keenan Ivory Waynes movie, but not "I'm Gonna Get you Sucka", which is very funny.  None of the Pink Panther movies were mentioned, nor was "A Fish Called Wanda".

NO movie with either Adam Sandler or David Spade should be anywhere NEAR a list of funniest movies, which also left out "Ghostbusters" and "Kung Fu Hustle", a much funnier film than many on the list.  How about "A Christmas Story?"  "Better Off Dead", "Big Trouble in Little China", "The Princess Bride", "Raising Arizona" for god sake!  Instead, they have "Tommy Boy!!!"  I mean seriously, are the people who came up with this list teenagers or something and haven't seen enough movies to make such a list?

Well, they actually did have "Blazing Saddles," which is really impossible to leave off, but missed a bunch I mention in my post, most notably for me, "Raising Arizona."  A hilarious movie.  Coen Brothers are hilarious.  "After Hours" was funny, and also "Trading Places" which didn't appear on the list.

Gosh, most of the movies I found funniest aren't even on this list. For example: "Hollywood Homicide" and "A Mighty Wind." I feel like this list was compiled by a guy: ask women what movies they found funniest and you'd get a very different list. (For example, women are more likely to appreciate subtle wordplay and double entendres than toilet and gross-out slapstick.)

     City Slickers
     Porky's
     Bachelor Party

"Just because you're familiar with the missionary position doesn't make you a missionary."

"What about a gross of fluorescent condoms for the the novelty machine in the men's room? I mean, those are fun even when you're alone."
