Rocky Horror Picture Show is THE cult movie because it was rejected and bombed when it first came out but people folk to theaters around the world to take part in the interactive experience that it has become.
Goonies is too popular to be considered a cult film. If Goonies is cult then so is Star Wars and Star Trek.
Also, wasn't Showgirls on the list of Hollywood flops? I don't think anyone watches Showgirls unless they cannot order adult films. The Breakfast Club would make more sense. But Breakfast Club falls into the same situation as Goonies. -

You're way out of your league, Donny!
Lebowski #1 but the original Dawn of the Dead should be on the list. "Meaning of Life" is too dated to make the list. -

Rocky Horror. No question about it. Lebowski is big. Horror is bigger. I've seen entire RH casts perform at midnight shows while the movie is playing. Audience participation is off the charts. Famous actors, Time Warp dance, music, great lines ...
Don't want to knock anyone else's pick, but if you choose criteria for a cult film, Rocky Horror leads every category. It still packs 'em in after 35 years, for crying out loud!! Beat that! -
