Pretty hard to top the Moody Blues when it came to putting together a string of titles simply oozing hippie-trippy profundity:

    "Days of Future Passed"

"In Search of the Lost Chord"

"On the Threshold of a Dream"

    "To Our Children's Children's Children"

    "A Question of Balance"

    "Every Good Boy Deserves Favour"

    "Seventh Sojourn"

Well, I always thought it was spelled "Past" -- Woah.  My bad.   I feel like I'm looking through a lens that was just put into focus.   It is an exquisite list of titles; together, they're a timepiece.  :)

I'd have to say "Smell the Glove" by Spinal Tap.

    But seriously ...

To me, the answer is "Abbey Road." Not because it's funny or particularly creative, but it's the perfect title for the final album made by the greatest band in rock and roll history. They simply named it after the studios in which they made their incredible music.

Interestingly, the original title of the album was "Everest." They dropped it because none of them wanted to go to Nepal for a photo shoot.

Just remembered, to me, the greatest-ever album title.  It's "¡¡¡Viven!!!" by Wau Y Los Arrrghs!!!

I've mentioned them here before.  To me, they are the greatest Garage Punk band in the world.  Don't care if you like them...or Garage Punk....or if you've ever heard of them.  I do [have no interest in them other than as a fan].  Wildly excites me.....simple, raw, primitive, crazy, fun....

    We live!
