The best I can come up with is Led Zeppelin's Misty Mountain Hop (with the lyrics ignorred). Next Sunday in Denver, I'm sure there will be lots of hopping during the game and maybe mist from fireworks or jet trails you see sometimes surrounding football games.

Come on, everyone knows there has only ever been one decent band from Colorado:  The Orangu - Tones.  Viva Frat Rock!  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9sBl09bqho

This isn't a song obviously, but it's one of my favorite lines by Archie Bunker on All in the Family.  If you know the show you know Archie had a tendency to use malapropisms.  One of them was this hilarious butchering of Hamlet:

    'Something's rotten in Denver.'
