    They played the Royale last December.  Johnette is still a stunner...still sounds really good, too.

    Slim,glad you liked that Rosetta Tharpe special.She's someone who I had heard of and knew a few songs she did,but it was great finding out her back story.Here's a link to a PBS special playlist called"The Queen of hot gospel".It has 75  full length songs that she did.If you're interested in hearing more from her,it's worth a listen.
