Assuming you mean 'space aliens', not illegal aliens:
Moonage Daydream and The Man Who Sold the World - BOWIE have a sci-fi theme , so I think they would qualify.
Veteran of the Psychic Wars by BOC could be about aliens , I guess. -

In the song by Public Image Limited "Don't Ask Me" ('cause I don't know). Johnny Lydon sings "no UFOs to save us and do we really care?"
I think this qualifies.
This song only appears on 'PIL's greatest hits so far' CD, and is one of Johnny Lydon/Rotten's best ever songs.It's all about the enviroment, Johnny Rotten an enviromentalist-who knew???
