    The Bends came after Pablo Honey. However, in relationship to their sound, there was such a tremendous leap in those two albums.

    well yeah, of course it did...i was just saying that during the scope of their entire career thus far, the difference between each album is quite a leap, with the exception of Kid A to Amnesiac, which were recorded in the same sessions.  even those two are fairly different from each other as well.
