Elton John - Empty Garden (Hey Hey Johnny)
In memory of John Lennon.
Heck, most all of Elton John's ballads make me tear up. -

Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwo'ole
This song was playing when we were on our way to say good by to a very dear friend who was dying of a terminal illness and close to death. He passed shortly after we arrrived. I can't listen to this song without tears coming. -

There's A Tear In My Beer (".....Cause I'm crying for you dear"). I think maybe, both Hank Wiliams Sr. and Jr., sang this song. Does anybody out there know who wrote and/or sang this song for hits? -

The 2 songs that always get to me are Eric Clapton's "Tears in Heaven" and Elton John's "Funeral for a friend".Both songs remind of the much too early deaths of two people who I loved,my oldest daughter and my best friend
