Two places that are outside of boston, but very enjoyable. Pumkin ice cream at Sully's Ice cream in Chelmsford, MA. Best there is. Second, come try the Pumkin Creme Caramel at Sweet in Worcester, MA. Some of the best desserts Ive ever had at that place!

Well you can't eat it.......but a Pumpkin Facial Tranquility Day Spa in Watertown sure is scrumptious.

Cape Ann Brewing Co., Gloucester MA has Pumpkin Stout - one of my favorite beers ever. It's got a hint of pumpkin pie and spice but it is neither sweet nor overwhelming. Yum!

Sometimes I wonder: does the Globe knows it has readers who live SOUTH of Boston?  The pumpkin ice cream at Farfar's Danish Ice Cream in Duxbury is always the best ANYWHERE!  I don't know if they have it this year, but if not yet I'm sure it is on its way soon. 

Pumpkin Ale Shake at The Colonial Inn Restaurants in Concord. Their house pale ale, pumpkin puree, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate on top. Yum!!!

Sugar bakery in West Roxbury has the best Pumpkin Whoopie Pie around. IT is sweet and delicious!

My mom's for a warm piece of pumpkin pie with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream or a spritz of real whipped cream..

The pumpkin "wheels" at Abbott's in Needham are AMAZING!  It's a scoop of pumpkin frozen custard smooshed between two dark chocolate cookie wafers.   They have them for sale individually in a display case but it's cheaper to buy a package of 6.  Fair warning: these are seriously addictive.

trader joes also just came out with a pumpkin cream cheese that is AMAZIN!

 

Pumpkin Whoopie Pie with Chai Creme Filling, every morning for breakfast from Keltic Krust Bakery in West Newton.  This is why fall in New England is great.

At Russell House Tavern they serve Warm Verrill Farms Pumpkin cremont cheese, spicy holliston honey, toasted walnuts.  it is quite good.  the salty cheese and honey are delicious with the pumpkin timbale.
