Sorry, but while I enjoy the newer SNL casts, I could care less about Justin Timberlake, so him making the list twice is overkill.

Alec Baldwin and Christopher Walken are by far the best hosts.

Two skits that were overlooked were Dan Akroyd's Bag O' Glass and Chevy Chase's Landshark.

Chevy Chase, Dennis Miller, and Norm McDonald for the weekend update segment.

    Chevy Chase - Landshark

    Chevy Chase - President Ford

Eddie Murphy - Mr Robinsons Neighborhood

Eddie Murphy - The Buckwheat Assassination

Jepordy Segment - with Sean Conery (Hammond) and Burt Reynolds (McDonald)

    Christopher Walken - Cowbell

    John Belushi - Samuri

John Belushi - mimicing Joe Cocker

John Belushi  - The Killer Bees skit when he sang Im a King Bee (Buzz Buzz)

    Phil Hartman  - Frank Sinatra

Dan Akroyd - Jimmy Carter talking the guy down from his acid trip

Dan Akroyd - Fred Garvin Male Prostitute

If you get a chance go on youtube and check out Jim Bruer on stage tellling the story of Norm McDonald and "The Twilight Zone sketch". One of the funniest stories I have ever heard. That story is why Norm is one of my heroes.

    No,  it's a desert topping!!!

Of course! How could I have forgotten that one? Classic. There was also baseball player-turned commentator Chico Escuela and Gilda Radner as singer Candy Spice performing a song about Mick Jagger. Or, Laraine Newman as the child pyschiatrist. ("I hafta go to da bafroom.")

The Star Trek convention sketch in 1986 with William Shatner was the funniest sketch I've ever seen anywhere, nevermind just SNL. It should've been #1 here, how is it not even on the list?

    Get a life!

The Sinatra Group, with Phil Hartmann leading Steve & Edie,  Billy Idol (played by Sting),  Sinead OConnor (called Sinbad and Uncle Fester among others as they went around the circle, and Chris Rock as a Rapper ( it's all pops and whistles from here!) is one of the all time classics.

Celebrity Jeopardy should have been a classic,  all 3 of the contestant impersonations were tremendous.  The writing was poor however.  And Will Ferrell's Alex Trebeck missed by a mile.  Ferrell ruins everything he appears in as far as I'm concerned.  The guy should be a riot,  but he's not.

At least half of BDC's list is crap.   I always hated those interminable Cheerleader skits most of all.  Oh look, there's Will Ferrell again.  At least he didn't make these worse, they stunk right out of the box.  I actually stopped watching the show for a couple of years because they always had one of those one, and early.  The early skits were always the best they had to offer every week, and if the Cheerleaders were the best then it was going to be a very bad week.

In addition to The Sinatra Group, the spoof of The McLauglin Group (John Goodman was one of the panelists) was very funny.

DAna Carvey as Derek Stevens. The first skit where he sings "Choppin' Broccoli" was funny, but the later skit in which Phil Hartman shows how by dying, his record sales will go up was even funnier.

I can still hear Carvey's voice saying, "But I'll be dead."
