    What camera gear do you want for Christmas?

    ...or any other holiday, birthday, or anniversary you'll be celebrating by exchanging -- or just receiving -- gifts.

    I'd love a remote (or cable) shutter release and a new, sturdier tripod. How about you?

    What type of camera do you have?  I got a $6.00 remote shutter off of Amazon that works perfectly well with my Canon.

    In a dream world, I'd want some L series lenses and a Leica.  In the real world, I would like a fun lensbaby to fool around with, or something of that sort.

    I'm hoping for a new pocket-sized camera for our upcoming vacation.  (I don't think I want to lug the DSLR and lenses, but my old compact has been unreliable since our last trip to the beach.)  Perhaps the Canon S95 IS (yes, I know the S100 is out, but the discount now on the 95 is hard to beat...)

    I'd love a 24-70 L 2.8f lens from Canon.  I'd be happy with a 2 stop neutral density filter as well.
