    At least you weren't stuck wondering what to put with your rack.  By the time you have them asparagus will be in season here and you'll be able to find the good stuff.

    Less than 2 hours before rack preparation commences. :)

    My asparagus was perfect. Must have hit. S&S at the right time. Put olive oil with salt and pepper on the asparagus and grilled. Delicious. I bought lamb loin chops that I marinated in a plastic bag for an hour at room tempature with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Grilled 5 minutes each side. Amazing!

    Glad it was a winner again, Kar. And your grilled chops sounds fantastic, Amber. The asparagus, I could find around here were not worth paying for. Then again, I didn't need them after all. Glad you were lucky.
