    Salmon Recipe!

Here is Jacques Pepin's Salmon recipe:
    http://www.kqed.org/w/jpfastfood/recipes2.html

I have never used the hazelnuts. I mix panko crumbs and herbs (parsley, coriander, dill or whatever is my fancy) and cover the salmon w/ that instead. No need to add herbs before serving.
The sauce is delicious, but good old tartar sauce goes well with it too. The salmon comes out moist and barely cooked. If you need it more well done - just bake it a bit longer to your liking.
    Bon appetite! - Pingo

As long as it is "Wild" versus "Farm Raised"...I love salmon (I use cedar planks to embibe a smokey flavor) on the grill....

    Thanks Pingo- sounds delish!
And the sundried mayo also sounds good--thinking what else I could do with that !

    Re: Salmon Recipe!

Pingo - sounds elegant, thanks.  I have a bunch of TJ's salmon in the freezer, and I'm always looking for some new ways to prepare it.

    Hi, PermRose, welcome!
