Kar, that turkey sounds like a great idea. Will keep it in mind.
Right now I have soup in the crockpot made with the bone from the Easter ham, some navy beans, onion, celery, carrots, a little garlic, some mustard powder and a bit of spice mix from Penzeys and pepper. I'll salt it later; don't want to keep the beans from cooking. It smells great! Usually I make pea soup but found that I had the navy beans and felt there was no reason to buy peas.
TT, hope you and Nanny friend decide to go to the Buddhist session so you can report back. It sounds interesting.
Finishing up some scraps of projects, such as that closet. Found an empty storage container so the very last hats and scarves are on the shelves now; there's actually a little unused space! Be still my heart!
