I am just getting started in the kitchen to make biscuits to go with dinner, grilled ribeye and chicken tenders. DH is cooking down another batch of maple sap over the fire pit so by 6:30 or so the fire will be ready for cooking the meat. Found some nice baby organic kale...not sure what I'll do with it, but I had to have it, lol. Maybe soup, speaking of soup.
OK, to the biscuits. Then, I'll peel the passe potatoes and make mashed. Can't stand to toss them.
