I quit smoking twenty nine years ago.
I smoked for about twenty years.Cheap or frugal I bummed cigarettes and my habit was limited to less than 10 cigarettes a day.
Having said that I am wondering how the cessation of cigarette smoking has impacted the cost of health premiums?Have they been reduced since we have a healthier lifestyle and require less care for cancer, heart disease, and prenatal care?
My other question concerns diabetes.have statisticians studied the relationship between lowering cigarette use and diabetes?
