We got a pint of black currants in our fruit CSA. None of the recipes I have found so far is quite what I'm looking for. Any suggestions for something that isn't cobblery or roasty? -

Oh, black currants? How I envy you. If you do not have any recipes, - just eat them. They are loaded with antioxidant.
