Hi akrain, I feel lucky too. My son's in-laws live in TX - and all they knew was grilled (dried out) lobster tails.
Well my son, who since has become a transplant there,� taught themto eat "real" lobster. He ordered a bunch of lobsters from here(actually, I went to pick them out and had them shipped - lots cheaperthan buying from one of the places that offer them).
Anyway, now - every time we visit, our "boarding pass" is a bunch of lobsters on ice.
My son has a huge pot of boiling water (with of course a lot of otherstuff added) on their grill outside all ready for our arrival -- and weall have a great feast.
