Back to simple stuff you can make. Yeah I know the Chefs out there may think a lot of this is pretty basic, but tasty, easy meals that can get a family through the work week without too much trouble are a big help.

This simple Lasagna was made with the left over Bolognese sauce, but at other times Lizabetti made it with the vegetarian marinara sauce. The two tastes are very different, but the preparation is identical.

The great thing about this dish is that you can make it in quantitty and re-heat it. It does freeze well, but usually at our house it goes too fast to freeze.
