    Italian Style Pho

    If you enjoy eating at restaurants such as California Pizza Kitchen or P.F. Chang's,then this is the recipe for you.

    Italian Style Pho

    2 Cups of Vegetable Broth
    1 Cup ofá Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables
    áItalian Wheat Style Spaghetti Noodles(cooked Al Dente)

    Directions

    Pour two cups of vegetable broth into aá large soup pot or rice cooker. Add 1 cup of frozen stir-fry vegetables along with wheat noodles(cooked Al Dente)if cooked longer,noodles will have no flavor. Cook on your stovetop or in rice cooker until broth is hot,and vegetables have unfrozen and noodles have been cooked Al Dente. Enjoy!

    Im a big fan of pho

    you can add meat or seafood to this to to make an excellent one pot meal

    Im glad you liked my recipe,but next time,it would be better if you used refrigerated Angel Hair Pasta because it cooks quicker.
