Published in the Globe more than a year ago. It is something like frittatas, maybe six, then layered, wrapped in saran wrap and kept in the fridge overnight. I don't remember the name so I have not been able to find it. Does anyone have it? Thank you for your help.

Any idea of some of the ingredients? I've never heard of a frittata being wrapped in plastic wrap and kept in the fridge (before cooking or after?) -

It has bell peppers, onions and I don't recall if ham or other meat. I said frittatas because you cook five or six round flat frittata like egg tortillas then layered them with a touch of mayo between layers, wrap in them in plastic and to the fridge overnight to be heated the next day before serving. Maybe the name is strata and it also has shredded cheese. Thank you for your help. -

Sorry - lost this thread awhile back - have you tried Emailing the Globe directly asking for the recipe?
