Sandra Lee's Chicken Teriyaki - YUM!

So easy, so classic tasting, just like a restaurant, but juicier and cheaper.  I only did the chicken, not the rice.  And, I used boneless and skinless thighs (recipe calls for bonless, skin on).  No loss taste or texture wise, and I'm a huge chicken skin fan.  I marinated them 6 hours, cooked on a cast iron grill pan on medium 8 minutes each side.  PERFECT!  Oh, and I didn't bother reducing the leftover marinade for basting; it didn't need it and was plenty flavorful and juicy without it.  Used the leftover chicken on homemade pizza.

I'm not usually a Sandra Lee fan - her "semi-homemade" stuff looked, uh, semi-homemade.  BUT, this one is worth doing, and it has become an instant classic in my kitchen!

Let me know what you think.

Did you make it?  I'd be having it for breakfast if I had some...
