Tomato plant not producing - help

So I am growing a few tomato plants from seeds. Plants are huge (4-ft high). Problem is that although many flowers are being produced they never open up to allow for pollenation. Thus far I have only got 3 tomatoes from this HUGE monster, because of this problem.
    Why don't my flowers open?
I water the plants every day, making sure they are never dry.
Driving me nuts. My green peppers on the other hand are popping the peppers out like there is no tomorrow.

I haven't heard of that before. Try cultivating coffe grounds and egg shells into the soil maybe that will help this season.

recently read that tomato's are mainly pollinated by bees, the plants arent inside are they? (we still have 3 feet of snow outside) may have to pollinate by hand (take a small paintbrush and try to be a bee)not much help but it's all i can think of.
