Do some research, find a board certified plastic surgeon you like and get a consult.
Procedure and technique will vary depending on the dr and what results you are trying to achieve.
The hospital the surgery is performed at depends on the drs affiliation.
If you are looking for a nonsurgical approach to facial rejuvination, consider a cosmetic dermatologist.
Re: outpt facelift clinics......I wouldn't...but maybe some others can weigh in on their experiences.
